Shipping Information:

At Mulany we understand how important purchase is for you and to receive the purchased products in the finest condition. We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible.

Most orders are delivered in 5-7 days. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, advanced order items or out of stock items.

All orders over $50 ($4.99 Under $50) are eligible for free ground shipping in the US 48 contigious states. 

Returns & Exchange:

We offer no hassle returns or exchange on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the item is wrong or a component is missing we will make the exchange as simple as possible. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly replace it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
